  The first time I came here, I gave a five star review. However I came here yesterday and feel like I should give a one star because I was very disappointed, but I will give a three star because the massage was good. Why this experience would receive a one star review is because massages are supposed to be relaxing and/or therapeutic. I came in for a therapeutic and relaxing massage and got a therapeutic massage. First of all I asked for Coco and I’m quite sure I did not get Coco even though she told me she was Coco. I’d be willing to get the Farm, she was not. Second of all, she answered the phone three times during my massage. Yes, you read that right. She actually took one of the calls and talked to a customer during my massage and booked another massage. During that conversation, she told the lady on the line that she was somebody else that is how I know she was not Coco, besides the fact that she didn’t look like Coco. As if that wasn’t bad enough, I had to listen to the talk radio that was in the office next to me and I was so cold when I left there I had to get in a hot shower when I got home to warm up. Last but not least as one other viewer commented. It is on a very busy corner and I didn’t notice anything pertaining to that my first time but this time it was very, very loud with motorcycles and fire trucks. Although they can’t do anything about the fire trucks and motorcycles, they certainly could tell their massage therapist not to answer the phone while they’re giving massages and if they’re not going to regulate the thermostat, they should have heating pads on the massage beds like some of the other salons that I go to. Last but at least (again) she didn’t even apologize for answering the phone and I had decided I would just not leave her a tip because I was not in the mood to confront her over what was obvious. However, she got pissed off that I left it blank so I went ahead and left her a 15% tip anyway and now I wish I had not. She definitely was ot worth it. If you go to the salon, I would make sure you go at a time when there’s more than one worker so that solo worker doesn’t spend all their time on the phone and clarify that your massage therapist is who she says she is.
