We would highly recommend Mary for anyone looking to purchase or list in the Fernandina Beach area. Our journey started with attending random open houses. Mary was hosting one of these open houses. She impressed us with her friendliness and direct approach. We had many questions and her willingness to share detailed information on the area helped guide us in our next steps. Mary represented us in a Buyers broker capacity. She made sure we had as much background on each home as was available. When we had questions she would gather the information and get it to us quickly. Additionally, she has lived on and off island, which gave us a broader view of what the options are. We were out of the area for a while and we did not miss any new listings. Mary kept up us in the loop, previewing for us, keeping us informed along the way of the ones that aligned with what we were looking for. She even took the initiative to do video walk through of the house(s) and send them to us! With her assistance, we located a home and was able to close in ~30 days. She outlined the steps of purchase and was with us every step of the way. Mary has a wealth of really great contacts! We leverage her relationships and it facilitated our home buying process.
