We had an exceptional experience working with James the owner, Gary and MarkGen Electric! We are experienced real estate professionals, and signed up with MarkGen when a prior, trusted electrical company came in wayyy too high on a bid for EV charger install, and a 4-bathroom complex renovation. James is extremely personable, knowledgeable, and fair. Communication is outstanding, and any challenges addressed quickly and respectfully. We look forward to working with them on much larger projects in the future!
We had MarkGen Electric install an electric car charger for my wife’s new Tesla, and they were awesome to work with. From the first call to the final install, everything was smooth and professional. The guys showed up on time, walked me through exactly what they were doing, and made sure the charger was installed, clean, and correct. They paid attention to the details and left everything looking neat with no mess, no shortcuts. It’s hard to find contractors you really trust these days, but these guys earned it. If you need electrical work done, especially something like an EV charger, I highly recommend MarkGen Electric. Great experience all around.
It’s hard to find an honest electrical company that doesn’t quote a ridiculous amount for repairs, but MarkGen Electric was a breath of fresh air. Their team was extremely professional and personable, took the time to answer all of my questions, and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue causing half of my house to lose power. I’ll definitely be using them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, trustworthy electricians.
James was very good and solved issues we had for a while, would definitely recomend him again.
