I cannot say enough good things about Mark and the job he did helping me get into my first home here in Jacksonville. From start to finish, he was professional, responsive, knowledgeable and genuinely committed to helping me make this happen. Buying a home can be stressful, especially when you’re dealing with financing, paperwork, deadlines and all the unexpected things that come up along the way. Mark made the process feel manageable and was always there to answer my questions and keep things moving on time. What stood out most to me was that he didn’t just treat me like another loan application. He took the time to understand my situation, explain my options, and make sure I understood what was happening throughout the process, you can tell he REALLY CARES about your situation. When things got complicated, he stayed on top of it and helped find a way to keep things moving forward. Thanks to Mark’s hard work, communication, and dedication, I am now a homeowner — something I am extremely grateful for. If you are looking for a mortgage lender who will actually go to bat for you and treat your home purchase like it matters, I highly recommend Mark. He earned every bit of this 5-star review. Thank you, Mark, for helping make homeownership a reality for me! -Izzy
I recently worked with Mark and he did a fantastic job. Very thorough, knowledgable and professional. He followed up quickly, kept everyone up to date, and provided a seamless expeirence for us. Start to finish everything went smoothly! 10/10 would highly recommend!
As a NE Florida REALTOR with 21 years of experience, I have worked with a lot of lenders, and Mark Mikhats is one I trust with my clients. He communicates clearly, returns calls quickly, and keeps a transaction moving from application to closing. My buyers feel taken care of, and I never have to wonder where a file stands. I recommend him without hesitation.
Mark was great to work with! He was incredibly communicative throughout the entire process, quick to respond whenever questions came up, and made everything easy from start to finish. I’d absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, reliable lender who stays on top of things.
