We had a really great experience tonight at Makk, mainly bc of the associate Kayla. She was so kind to my daughter & I. Made sure to help us switch out sizes if needed & even went in the back to pull a few extra things. She was kind & I felt like she went out of the way to make sure we had a good experience. I don’t boutique shop very often just bc of the price but when I want something quality I will definitely come back here. We live in Hartford just behind the shop so it will be nice & convenient.
I had an exchange today from an online order and Kenzie at the Silverleaf location was wonderful and even helped me find two pairs of jeans I didn’t know I needed! Haha Excellent customer service at Makk as always! 10/10 🩷
This is a great boutique for cute gifts and great outfits! They have great customer service as well.
Makk Fashion is such a cute boutique. They have a wide selection of clothing and accessories. I need to give a shout out to Amanda. Amanda was so very helpful. She assisted me with picking out an outfit for a dinner I was going to that evening. She brought me different items and sizes to the fitting room for me. Not many people are like this anymore and I truly appreciated Amanda’s amazing customer service and help. They are also a small local business and if you haven’t been yet, I highly recommend!!
