Ivory is an amazing professional! I have been going to her consistently for almost a year and my natural hair has grown so much. She is the only one that I trust to maintain my hair. I highly recommend her and her services!!!!
Edit: Ivor_ LIEeeee has since responded so I posted receipts of the price I paid & our text thread. I’m far from a scammer as I graduated from Famu in 2008 & Nova in 2012 with an MBA. I know business & this is a business that’s scamming! You have better chances & more fun playing in traffic before you play with me. This was my 2x going to Ivory. The first time I did a sew in package in which I purchased 3 bundles. 18, 20, & 22 inches. She installed a 16,18, & 22 never advising me nor offering a refund for length I paid for but never received. She was in e & talked about God so I let it ride. PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT YOU PAY FOR VERSUS WHATS INSTALLED. The 2nd time: I was displeased with the services provided & immediately advised 1. I was overcharged & 2. My hair was not right. I asked her for a resolution. I provided her with 3 bundles to install( I took my own hair so I could have the lengths I wanted) which she only used 2. The gaps & spaces throughout my sew In was unreal. If I moved to the right or left tracks were visible. Although a wash is included with her sewing in service I had to ask her to wash my hair before beginning. She took 2 days to provide me with a response and advised me because I agreed to be charged by StyleSeat. Whole time she understood stylist control their prices & have the power to edit and or refund as StyleSeat advises they do not provide refunds or edits to pricing. She then proceeded to tell me to hace StyleSeat to refund me & have a happy new year. She overcharged me,stole a bundle of hair, and left my entire crown out as leave out. My leave out got left out!
A virgin relaxer by Ivory was the best experience and came out perfectly! She has also cut my hair and installed a lace front sew-in in the past and is literally the best!! Her salon is so beautiful and relaxing and every experience has been relaxing and enjoyable. Recommending her to everyone.
Ms. Ivory has been doing my silk press since I was little, trust she never miss! Her shop is always so clean and she is very welcoming. The addition humidity treatment has saved my life allowing my silk presses to last for over a month. In addition, she gives great hair advice to keep your hair healthy and growing in the future. Highly recommend booking… you wont regret it :)
Ivory creates an amazing experience with a smooth and relaxing vibe in the studio, the ammenities she offers, and her scalp massage almost puts me to sleep! She is a professional stylist and always makes excellent recommendations for my hair care and styles. She recently colored my hair, and I have never colored my hair before, and it turned out beautifully – I’ve never been happier with my look! The humidity treatments she uses are perfect for this Florida weather, too. Scheduling appointments is a breeze on her website, with plenty of times available that help me work around my family and work schedule. I highly recommend her services!
