MAA Fleming Island

My AC went out in my new apartment at 11:00 pm and Mr. Daniel left his home to come help me fix my AC! I am so grateful and appreciative of the service that was provided at this apartment complex! Everything has been great at this establishment, especially when you need help late! Thankfully we are cooling off now! Thank you Daniel!

Lived here for two years under previous management and now MAA. It’s an okay community but one major downside is they have taken away all amenities for young children. Playground was replaced by a dog park (which we already had one) and Splash pad in pool area was replaced by a sitting area for adults. The community does not come with access to the local water parks in Fleming island. With rental prices for townhomes and rental homes being comparable to renting an apartment here, I would really suggest if you have young children to look elsewhere as townhomes and rental homes come with access to the waterparks and that’s a major benefit to living in Fleming Island. The pool was shut down for renovations and we were looking forward to seeing the improvements. The “improvement” was removing the last feature (splash pad) that my son enjoyed about this community.

Maintenance always fixes everything quickly and they know exactly how to fix it, always within a day of sending requests, if they can’t fix something they’ll send in a new appliance but all good people! Great maintenance team, always friendly, kind and respectful of our home! Danny is awesome btw!

Corey Daniel,and Jason awesome maintenance guys. Polite. Explained everything, great to work with. Even tried to fix a toilet that was not on the list (return visit needed). And most importantly found I had no cold water going to my shower!!! Thank you guys!!
