My 5th grade wanted to celebrate his promotion to Middle school here. He loves this place and now I know why. Everything was super delicious. Employees were so friendly and prices were reasonable. Had a great experience. Thanks!!! ❤️
Coming in for the first time in a few years to MShack (having been to the former St. John’s Town Center location) and the first ever in the Nocatee area, I couldn’t remember how it was to eat the first of many modern quality burgers to come, and after eating this well made Sunrise Burger with some truffle fries….. I remember why I loved it here so much! The right balance of everything along with nostalgic memories having brought over friends from college gave a solid sensation of the times and brought them in a new light. The staff was plenty nice in this return and soon enough, I’ll be back for sure
Incredible experience all around! Kurt greeted with high level engagement and suggestions. He is clearly an advocate for M Shack beyond just being an employee. Great fun but chill atmosphere. Feel like I could come here and watch a game one night or invite our whole family for a fun dinner. The food and pricing is equally amazing!! We will be back soon! Thanks Kurt!
Food was delicious. Not a long wait. It came out fresh and warm. Best milkshake I have recently tried. Excellent service from the Katie person taking our order and Kurt how was constantly checking to make sure all are needs were meet.
We tend to show up a little too close to closing, usually with a group and a few “specific” orders… and somehow Viola and Feebee never miss a beat. They greet us like old friends, take it all in stride, and make the whole place feel like that classic spot where everybody knows your name. The food is consistently excellent, but it’s the warmth and genuine hospitality that keep us coming back. Grateful to have a place like this. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
