Beautiful restaurant in the Nocatee area. Don’t be dissuaded by the location and entrance. Find the way in and check this place out. If you haven’t tried it, you are missing out! Food is very good and the service is good as well. The hostess was very helpful and the place was packed. We shared the Sampler Platter and the Ultimate Grill Platter. Excellent choices for trying new foods!
Amazing restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious, and the place itself was beautiful, clean, and welcoming. Everything was wonderful from the food to the atmosphere. I had a great experience and would definitely come back.
I visited Arepa58 yesterday during their soft opening and absolutely loved my meal. I got the Cachapa Suprema with Steak - a traditional Venezuelan sweet corn pancake filled with the mano cheese, topped with nata and shredded cheese + grilled steak with chimichurri. The combination of sweet corn and mild, salty cheese is one that I have loved since I had my first street vendor arepa in Miami Beach. This cachapa is a larger version of those and it was so good! And the steak? It has a great flavor on its own in addition to the chimichurri. It was SO tender that it was still soft when I made the risky choice to reheat it in the microwave. Arepa58 is a fabulous new addition to the Jacksonville area dining scene. In addition to my excellent meal, I was also impressed by the excellent customer service and how pretty the interior is.
Great food and very friendly staff. So happy we finally have an Arepa place in our area. The drinks-- mango and soursop smoothie were really good too and made with real fruit.
I’m never making kebobs again myself. There’s no way I can cook them as good as they did. I’d give them 10 starts if I could. Plus, the place looks amazing inside!
