Lynn Nail

I came in for a basic gel pedicure and left pretty disappointed. I was there for a little less than a hour, but roughly 20–25 minutes of that was just sitting with my feet in the tub waiting. When the actual pedicure started, the service felt extremely rushed, maybe 15 minutes total. For $45, I expected at least a little more care or a basic foot rub. It was truly just a quick clean and paint, nothing special. To be fair, the one lady working was doing her best to keep up with everyone, and I could see she was working hard. But because she was the only one there, the service definitely suffered. It would’ve been nice to be told they didn’t have enough staff or to not be charged full price for such a rushed experience. Overall, I appreciate the effort of the tech, but the value just wasn’t there.

Called and asked if they took walk ins because I was nearby. She said yes and was able to see me right away. Got in and out in 30 minutes for a fill and she was very pleasant and nice. Would definitely return.

Hannah and Phan at Lynn Nails are awesome! Their manicures/pedicures look great for longer than any other salon we have visited in Jax. Besides great professionals, they are kind and friendly people, always making us feel welcome like old friends! Their prices are very competitive too. Lynn Nails definitely gets 5 Stars from us!
