Lovesac

Went to the showroom and Celine was the associate assisting my wife and I. She showed us all of the different features based on what we believed we needed for our home, and she talked us through colors, fabric material, layout, customization, storage, special features, and more! Amazing worker who is very skilled at what she does. Made the whole process seamless, and we love our new couch beyond words. Thank you!

Greatest customer service/experience with Daphne! She was extremely knowledgeable, and very patient with all of our questions. She even worked with our 9 y/o and his questions. We love the different patterns, different configurations, warranty, but most of all we appreciate Daphne’s service. Highly recommend the products and Daphne! - The Tribbles

Great experience at this store. Andrew was super helpful and provided great feedback and suggestions throughout the process. Andrew even took the time to text me a week later and let me know of the promotion that was going on and if I needed adjustments to the quote after he provided measurements. We went back in and Andrew took the time to build out our order with the wood blocks and answered all remaining questions. Definitely a no-pressure experience unlike most furniture store experiences of the past. Keep up the great work!
