I’ve worked with LiteSpeed for just over two years and have only great things to say. Last week we needed to increase our umbrella coverage to secure a major contract, and they handled it in record time—no hesitation, fully committed, and 100% reliable. If you want efficient service and outstanding customer support, LiteSpeed is the company to choose.
They offered me a Workers Comp Policy, Weekly cost 162.00 per week per employee at base pay. Made me sigh that contract "with" a 1495.00 NON Refundable deposit. Paid, and when the true offer came to me, it was 469.00 per employee per week. Close to 11.00 per hr for taxes and workers comp on min wage level employee. I declined the offer, let them have a month to get me what I agreed upon. Crickets. Yep they kept the 1500 and for nothing. Sad! I have paper trail for all above. Think twice before using this company
Great service provided by Daniela, Mike and Catalina. It really feels like a team doing what is needed while understanding our particular case. We needed General Liability with additional insureds, waiver of subrogation, endorsements and many more specific requests and they made it simple for us in order to fulfill our clients requests.
