Very clean gym. Staff is Amazing!!!! Paul got me set up and he’s gone. Need him back. He gave me great pointers. All the weights I need are here. I left the other gyms. Lift is the place to be. PERIOD.
New gym in the old baileys location. So far it has been great. It has the best equipment in town, Panatta, Freemotion 2025 series not the the old Freemotion stuff, largest selection of BootyBuilder equipment and largest glute machine selection in town for all you ladies who want to work on that booty and make it pop! Everyone I have talked to loves the new equipment and the atmosphere. It's clean and Big Paulie who has been in the body building scene in Duval for a long time is running it and keeping a tight ship with a 3 strike rule. If you go in and take care of things and act like your suppose to u will love it here. I am 50 years old only been lifting a little over 2 years and I feel right at home here. At least come check it out for your free first visit. I fell in love with the Panatta equipment, it moves so smooth, and you will too! Update: They have gotten more Panatta equipment in since they open I think 9 more pieces. They have added some fans on the wall to circulate the air. They installed new AC's and it is cool in there. It's getting warm outside but I still start my workout with a sweatshirt in there. Also, I have used there stair climbers and the step is extra large. If u been on other stair steppers and you have long feet you tend to hit your foot on the riser. Not on these stair climbers.
It rare but once in a while you find a gym designed by someone that actually knows training. I’ve never been to a facility that has such a wide variety of functional training equipment whether youre a bodybuilder or rehabbing from an injury, this place has all it all. It’s he Panatta Arsenal and freemotion is the perfect combination. Nearly 30 stations just got back. Every training session can be from different angles shocking the body and every time you train. Bravo lift365.
This is one of the best gyms I’ve been to. The staff is friendly, the facility is clean, and the equipment is top quality. The atmosphere is motivating and makes it easy to stay consistent and push yourself.
I love the selection of equipment that isn’t found in almost any gym here in jacksonville and the staff is so sweet
