The vibe in this salon is seriously unmatched! From the curated music and playlists, the girly luxurious atmosphere and they even have coffee and cocktail drinks. They start you off with a head massage with hair oil (that smells soooo good), plus the hotel towel, lotion and the best hair scrubs in the bowl…you’re in for the most relaxing experience. On top of all that, the girls are so sweet, funny and welcoming. You feel like you’re just hanging out while also getting the best hair ever. Reghan nails it every time I come in. Kaely is the absolute best and I would trust them both to do whatever they wanted to my hair. I always leave feeling refreshed, confident and obsessed with my hair. 10/10 experience every time.
Rachel is amazing!!! My hair was previously color-treated and I was so nervous to damage it any further. Rachel took extra time and care to make sure I got the outcome I wanted and my hair feels even better than it did when I came in! I’m so glad to have found this salon, they are truly experts at what they do.
The is no better hair salon in Jacksonville than Level and Tone. The staff are friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable about color and cuts. Rachel does a phenomenal job at both cut and color. What I appreciate about her is that she listens to what you want and she totally delivers! I highly recommend Level and Tone.
This place is amazing. I’m always a little nervous when it comes to having someone color my hair because of past experiences and because of the type of hair that I have but I faced my fears and booked my first appointment with level and tone and I’m so glad I did. The atmosphere of the salon is very calming, clean and friendly. I booked with Rhegan. She’s super sweet and she did such an amazing job. I love how my hair came out and loved it even more when I got home where I could really admire her work. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you Rhegan!
After moving here from out of state, I was nervous about finding a new hairstylist, but Reghan made the process easy! She is professional, personable, and really listened to my concerns and goals. My root color match was perfect, and I absolutely love my haircut. I'm so happy to have found such a talented stylist and highly recommend her.
