Both Kasey and John have been super helpful with both personal and professional needs! Kasey helped us get flood insurance. She responds extremely fast! John was also super helpful with getting my husbands business insurance. He responded quickly, as well! Both Kasey and John are very professional and are able to answer all of our questions!
Working with John has been awesome! He not only got me a better deal on my homeowners insurance he also was able to switch my car insurance over so I can have all my insurance needs under one roof! Really pleased and would definitely recommend!
I purchased homeowners insurance with Tim Gillis back in 2021 and thank God, hadn’t had to really use it. But now that I NEED them to answer, it’s literally been MONTHS with NO returned calls or emails. My homeowners insurance is now being cancelled because I HAVE to go through him for this. It’s disappointing to say the least, especially when he said not even to worry about it to begin with. All that was needed was proof of a roof permit, and now we’re here. Thanks a lot.
This is a great way to go. Mr. Chapman really knows his stuff. Just changed my policy at the beginning of the year and he is saving me $60 a month on my truck insurance. Over $700 in savings a year. Thanks again John!
Great service. John got back to us quickly with our questions and concerns and found us a policy that really fit our needs. Highly recommend LG Insurance for their exceptional customer service. We appreciate the attention we received from them.
