So first ill start with the positives. The women are great! Knowledgeable and very kind. When you get into a room you feel taken care of and confident in their skill. Initially I was super excited to find such a welcoming and positive place to get some quality self care. So I bought a micrdoneedling package. 3 visits. Unfortunately, each time I come they are understaffed and no one is at the check in desk. I wait and wait to check in and then its to the waiting room to be numbed. The last time I was here it took me 45 minutes before they came to numb me for microneedling and then they had to put plastic on my face to rush it to work because they were gonna close. Then for this last time, I called to schedule my appt with a specific person. At first they booked me with her, but then Joel calls me back and states shes no longer working with clients and will be moving to admin. Ok. So Joel pushes me to the new guy. Says everyone's loving him, hes so great. Im game. I arrive and guess who's here taking clients...my original request. I dont appreciate being lied to because you want to push clients to a new practitioner. Also, Joel is crass and somewhat rude when I speak to him about anything. His approach to customer service is like a used car salesman. Beyond those issues, its worth it. As long as you know what youre getting yourself into. Now that my package is done, ill probably go somewhere else. If they get their staffing under control and work on customer service ill be back.

I had the absolute best experience with Barbie! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel like we were lifelong friends just catching up. She was incredibly sweet, welcoming, and so knowledgeable. She took the time to walk me through the entire process, made sure I understood what to expect, and even let me watch so she could explain each step and teach me along the way. I truly appreciated how comfortable and informed she made me feel throughout the whole experience. My microneedling appointment was quick, easy, and completely stress-free. I’m so grateful I had the opportunity to meet Barbie, and I will 100% be coming back specifically for her! If you’ve been thinking about booking a microneedling appointment, DO IT! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Barbie. She’s amazing at what she does, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her clients.

I truly can’t say enough good things about this spa! They offer such an amazing range of treatments from wellness to facials, lasers, and so much more. I have loved every single service I’ve tried. The entire team is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and welcoming, and they always make you feel comfortable and cared for. You can tell they genuinely care about their clients and take pride in what they do. Such a beautiful space with the best people. I recommend them to everyone! 🤍

I had my treatment today with Mark, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. He was kind, attentive ,professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything, making me feel comfortable. I felt well taken care of from the beginning to end.
