This was my First time coming here no one was in the building when I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment. I wanted to get with the technician if I had any adjustments to my styles the posting on Facebook was definitely false advertisement because there was hands and feet in the posting for the $50 promo, but no worries I had greater concerns. The technician seemed to not know how to do nails. She seemed very hesitant and her hands are very shaky the styles that I asked, for she said that she didn’t have the proper equipment for and on the photo that was on the advertisement showed a full detail of designs so I figured that my simple request for designs would be easily accomplished that was not the case so I decided to do something easy so she was able to get the work done. There was no filing. There was no cuticle prep. The quality of the work could’ve been done by someone who was just started to learn how to do nails. On every nail, there was bubbles underneath each one of them when the paint was applied it was applied sloppy and did not cover the whole nail when the line designs came. They were crooked and half of them missing connections and not even carried all the way to the whole nail I personally was just dissatisfied with the service. I got my nails done, but I feel like I didn’t.
