Kim and her team did a fantastic job of selling our home. We live out of town and she coordinated everything regarding the sale. We were under contract within 1 month and didn't have to lower the price. She definately had our best interests at heart and never made us feel like we needed to accept the first offer. I couldn't ask for a more seamless transaction.

Kim Sessions and her team completely exceeded all expectations we had for a realtor. Kim is so far ahead of others in her field it's not enough to simply click on 5 stars and expect that to do her justice. So here's a bit a more detail: As my wife and I prepared to sell our home at Jax Beach and downsize across town we interviewed several area realtors. I am quite a planner and over-communicator so we knew we wanted a realtor who was truly professional and up to the task. I became familiar with Kim through her marketing mailings that she would send on a regular basis. Aside from her mailings we had no previous knowledge of Kim nor did we have any connection whatsoever to her team. When Kim left our home after our initial meeting we felt that finally, after years of dealing with realtors in the Jacksonville area and being disappointed a great deal of the time, we had met our match. This lady was the living, breathing example of everything the "gurus" try to teach sales professionals. The absolute most stunning characteristic she displayed during that first meeting just happened to be the most elusive characteristic in the world of sales. Kim knew how to LISTEN, take notes and ask questions about our needs. Sounds simple but this is one of a couple characteristics that separate the average realtors from the truly amazing marketers. Kim took the time to tell us that she works for a large, well established broker however she also maintains her own, dedicate staff to support HER and her clients. She advised us that we would not be in the hands of a large office with a few people handling a ton of clients. We went on to commit the listing to Kim, proceeded with some extensive updates/remodel and finally go on the market. Kim and her team continued to impress us at every turn with their follow up and professionalism. In no time at all we had a solid contract at a much higher price than my wife and I expected and went on to closing. Additionally, we engaged Kim to help us find and buy a new, smaller home across town to complete our "downsize". Kim and her team were every bit as committed to the new, much smaller, transaction as they were to our sale. Kim and her team are truly an anamoly in local real estate. She consistently "over-delivers" to such a degree that we consider it a privilege to write a review of our experience in hopes that others will get to share in a similar experience. I don't know that it's ever FUN to deal with buying, selling, remodeling, moving etc. but one thing is certain. Kim Sessions and her team created an experience that was totally positive, profitable and memorable.

Kim Sessions and her trusted team of supergirls; Shannon and Trudy made the difference when my partner and I decided to sell our home. The Sessions team understood our wants and needs, the house we were selling, the new home we wanted to move into and the neighborhood. They guided us through the current market which is “unconventional” to say the least! Kevin and I thank them for taking such good care of us.
