Beaches Home Solutions

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a great experience working with Joel at Beaches Home Solutions. He was professional, communicative, and transparent throughout the entire project. He kept a detailed punch list, stayed organized, and always kept us updated on the progress and next steps. Our project included a variety of work, from plumbing modifications for floating vanities and drywall repair to baseboards, shiplap, painting, lighting, and other home improvements. Whenever we requested additional work, Joel clearly communicated the costs and made sure everything was documented. We appreciated his attention to detail, organization, and quality of work. If you’re looking for someone who is reliable, easy to work with, and takes pride in what they do, we would definitely recommend Beaches Home Solutions. Thanks again!

Joel was extremely helpful and took care of our home projects as if it were his own home. Great communication and flexibility was much appreciated. 100% recommend for any home improvement needs. Project included: installing new French doors for office space, new pantry door with trim, new garage entrance door with trim.

I had no idea who could help on a privacy wall on my lanai that had some rot, and asked a fb group. Joel was highly recommended by several users. Joel actually stopped by within about an hour to quote the work. Took measurements and let me know that he could actually replace just a panel instead of the whole wall and what material the wall was made of. He got me a written quote the next day. He was extremely communicative and let me know exactly when he could come and texted updates as the date got closer. Well today was work day and he messaged me on the way, sent photos of the job and let me know how long to wait to hang stuff back up. He did in a few hours what would have taken me two days! You pay not just for the supplies and their time but for knowledge and what your time back is worth! While it was a little expensive, his quote was in line with other quotes I got and well worth it so I don’t have to do it! I’ll definitely work with him on some other small projects I have in mind. The blue is the final product, the beige is the before.

Joel and his team provided EXCELLENT customer service and expertise for my home projects. They were punctual and provided excellent craftsmanship in the work they performed. A true professional that delivered on all his promises and his pricing was extremely fair and competitive. I will consider Joel and team for ALL of my home projects on primary home and rental units. Thank You Joel & Thank You for your service.
