I had a wonderful experience with Kennedy Appliance & Household! My refrigerator stopped cooling unexpectedly, and they were able to schedule a service appointment quickly. The technician arrived on time, diagnosed the issue efficiently, and completed the repair without any hassle. They were professional, courteous, and explained everything clearly before getting started. The pricing was fair, and there were no hidden fees. My refrigerator has been working perfectly ever since. I really appreciate the honest service, quality workmanship, and friendly customer care. I highly recommend Kennedy Appliance & Household to anyone in Jacksonville looking for reliable appliance repair.

So our refrigerator had been leaking for a while and we didn't know where it was coming from. My husband found Kennedy online. He was close to us & said he would come at 11. He came at 1030 which was a pleasant surprise. He found the problem and fixed it. Also he told my husband that he was only going to charge $99 & no more than that. And despite him having to buy all the parts he needed, he stuck to his word. Straightforward and does the job well. Highly recommended Kennedy Appliance.
