HAD THE BEST NAIL SET FOR THE BRUNO MARS CONCERT IN TAMPA! It is so pretttyyy! 💅 Went bowling two weeks after the nail appointment and they were all still intact! I also had fun talking to Kay while she was doing my nails, she did them so perfect omggg! I’ll definitely be a regular customer! 🫶
Kay is that nail artist that you dream about! If you’re tired of inconsistent, lack of communication, basic nail salons then please book with her. It’s a very detailed appointment, but that’s because Kay wants to make sure you are happy and whole when you leave. She made sure all my expectations were met, throughout the entire process. I love the shape, length and design on my nails, I’m so happy!!! Btw Kay did all this by hand, that’s talent.
Kaydance is amazing! She’s always able to take your ideas and turn it into beautiful nail art. She’s super sweet too. Not to mention her prices are extremely reasonable. You won’t regret giving her your business.
!!!!!KAY IS A HIDDEN GEM WITH BOMB PRICES & BEAUTIFUL WORK. BOOK HER ASAP!!!!! Kay was amazing. I showed up last minute 30mins before she closed, I was thinking she wouldn’t take me because her window said “by appointment only” and she already had a client but she was the sweetest and asked me to wait while she finished. Her prices are great, she’s been doing nails for 2+ years, and she’s building a loyal client base so she’s usually available. We had the best conversation and I learned so much about her, she’s honestly a diamond. My nails came out perfect and I’ll definitely be back, plus I’ll be booking her for my mom when she moves in with me. Highly recommend.
Pricing Transparency Matters The designs are nice, but if you prefer upfront pricing in order to budget or compare options, this may not be the best fit. I asked for pricing clarity so I could make an informed decision and stay within my budget. Afterward, I was dismissed as a client and told there were “issues with pricing,” even though I was simply asking questions and evaluating costs. Clients should be able to budget and ask about pricing without being viewed negatively. Response to Owner: My concern was never budget, and I never asked to negotiate pricing. The owner was the one who asked what I thought about her prices, as if she wanted approval. I did not repeatedly question her prices. I asked for a clear pricing structure so I would know what to expect. My only concern was consistency and clarity. I do not question a business owner’s right to charge what they choose. I requested a set model—such as $20 per 3D nail, a base price for designs, or a time-based rate—but she refused to provide one. Clients should not have to guess from visit to visit and then hold their breath when the final cost is revealed at the end. For comparison, I’ve included pics of a few Nail Design pricing sheets that clearly outlines design costs upfront—straightforward and professional. Instead of addressing that concern, the owner publicly reframed the issue as if I could not afford the service. That is inaccurate and dismissive. Businesses can charge what they choose, but professionalism requires consistency, transparency, and clear communication. See the owner’s response below—it speaks for itself.
