Honestly I can’t really express what an amazing facility & staff JCAH has!! They are professional caring kind reliable exceptional service….the Drs are INCREDIBLE….i have used several vets in town over the last 30yrs but once I found JCAH I’d NEVER trust my pets to anyone else! I have 6 dogs & one cat (now …a few have come & gone over the years & JCAH definitely helped prolong a few of them life!). I have special needs anima (I have IG’s & they can be tricky under anesthesia & one of mine has a liver shunt which was diagnosed immediately which helps to treat properly & prolonging life) & I have had wonderful experiences with Dr Maria - she is an incredible surgeon! We’ve had teeth cleanings, nail grinds, spay & neutering & lump removal & biopsy and even an emergencies ALL with perfect results! They are amazing at diagnosing (minimal testing when available! Which helps keep cost down!) Every visit (which for us is often!) is a pleasure & our pets agree 🤩 the vet techs are all amazing too! I love that they have separate waiting rooms for cats & dogs- plenty of room to sit apart if you have a dog that needs space! They do walk ins & go above & beyond in every way! I promise you will not be disappointed! I’ve recommended hundreds of times & recently had a client make the change (took her a while 😆) but said she wished she had done it sooner!!
Dr. Rod is literally the best veterinarian hands down. He has gone above and beyond for the care of my 2 golden retrievers. He doesn’t just give medication and off you go. He truly treats your animal like it’s his own and wants to find out the exact reason of what’s going on, the correct diagnosis and the treatment whether it’s acute or chronic. He has the biggest heart, extremely intelligent, shows empathy and genuinely cares. Dr Rod is THE best veterinarian you will ever meet, and I will forever stand by that. Love, Maverick and 🪽🌈 Boss
Professional staff from the front office to the vet!! Everyone was welcoming with a smile and a hello! The yearly dog check went along with no delays, shots/booster, ears , weight, all of my questions answered with patience & respect! I was expecting the price to be double! Very affordable! Ps- love the portal too!
Dr Rod is amazing fantastic wonderful caring professional. He is so involved and he loves animals so much. I would never go to any place else. I highly recommend this place and I highly recommend Dr. Rod. I absolutely love Dr. Rod for what he did today to save my little puppy that I adopted last night. He was so kind so gentle so caring and he fit me in at the last minute. And they do not charge you an arm and a leg. Their prices are so fair.
Julington creek has been my vet for nearly 30yrs. We brought our dog in for what we’re believed was a UTI. We got right in as a walk-in and we’re home within the hour. Quick diagnosis, clear instructions for care, and we were paid up and on our way home.
