Jon was awesome to work with! He is very knowledgeable; which made our process so much easier. Jon was personable and everyone loved working with him. He made himself available 24/7 -which worked out great for us.

I just recently put a home up for sale and Jon Bell with Summer House Realty in Fernandina Beach, Florida was my real estate agent. He is by far one of THE BEST, very knowledgeable, and hard working that doesn’t mind actually getting his hands dirty or offering a hand to help with moving out that was needed. He gets the job done with whatever is needed I’ll say that much. And I put him to work even being up in an attic and all. The home was listed and within 2-3 days we had a buyer interested and closed very quickly. He stayed on top of it all and really gave me the clarity of any changes or counter offers being done and not having the stress through out the process. Not just saying or being paid for this review by the way but wanting to give others the experience I was fortunate and blessed to have with him. Jon Bell is unlike an realtor I've ever met. House buying and selling is, most often, very stressful. I've got to say, that I put specifics out there and Jon delivered. He told us, up front what we were seeing and not seeing on our specifics list. He is personable, knowledgeable, professional, outgoing and honest. I don't know he does it, but you feel like you're his only client when you're with him. He is a treasure of a person to meet. Fortunately, for us, we bought here, so he's still close by and I love running into him, hearing from him in emails and everytime I see their signs,I think of him.
