John is awesome to work with and very helpful. He made the process smooth from beginning to the end. He was always available to answer any questions or concerns I had with the loan product and the process! I highly recommend him to anyone who wishes to apply for a mortgage with Loan Depot!
As a first-time home buyer with a very realistic budget, I had no idea how the home buying process worked. I finally found a home within my price range, but it needed quite a bit of restoration and I did not know what my options were, how to proceed, or even if it was possible. After making a few phone calls to other places, someone recommended John and said he had some experience with different types of mortgages, so I reached out and I am so glad I did! The first time I spoke with him, he came across as very knowledgeable and professional, but also very easy to talk to. He asked questions, then explained all my options – including the 203K loan (which is what I ended up going with) and I never felt pressured at all. I’ve only purchased one home so I’m not sure how the standard process is, but the 203K process can involve more back and forth while your lining everything up to purchase and restore the house. I felt completely supported through the entire process and it never felt overwhelming. John reached out to me any time anything needed to be done and was always available to answer any questions about things needed from my side. I worked with him for several months while everything was being done, and I never once had an issue getting through to him. If he didn’t answer his phone, he would return the call or email in a reasonable amount of time. For me, the home buying process was very exciting (my first home yay!) but with all of the restoration etc., I’m sure it would have been a different experience if I had not had the right people working with me. John was super supportive and I felt like I had someone much more knowledgeable than I was, helping me through all of the steps to make it possible. Overall, it went pretty smoothly. I just had the 1-year anniversary of purchasing my house and now that the initial process has closed, communication does not happen as much, but anytime I have a question about something like “what does this document that I received mean” he is still there for support. I feel grateful I had him to work with throughout my first home buying/mortgage experience. BIG THUMBS UP!
John is an expert home loan consultant, he has helped many of my clients get the loan to buy their homes. He devotedly explains the loan process and walks hand-in-hand with the buyer to the closing table. In addition, he makes an excellent match with the real estate agent with fluent and constant communication. John is highly recommended.
With many years of experience, John is very knowledgeable about all the different financing options. I will always refer him to my clients. He has helped me with FHA, VA & Conventional loans and he is always available, even on weekends and evenings! Thanks for all your help.
John, always has a clear and understanding answer about the types of loan available such as FHA or Conventional. Also, he is always available to help you to collect in timely manner all the documents required to get pre-qualify for a mortgage loan. I definitely recommend John.
