John did an amazing job! He spearheaded any problems that came along. He made our experience a great one! I knew letting John take care of our refi was the best decision I ever made!

John and his team were on top of our situation. When things were not looking good for interest rates, we had many conversations to find what worked best for us. We even considered other choices - at John's suggestion - in the end John was able to find a number that worked for us. His team was on top of our application and kept it moving so we could get the approval we needed to close. Thanks John and team!
The home buying process was very intimidating at first, but was free of hiccups thanks to John. Not only was John always available to answer my questions and provide clarity throughout the entire process, but he was very personable and attentive to my needs/wants along the way. There are many things that I would have changed to make my home buying process go smoother, but one of them is definitely not my lender. I am so glad I chose John at Coast to Coast to assist me with this next big chapter in my life. Thank you!
John is very informative and seeks to understand the needs of his clients. He made the process as seemless as possible and was always available whenever we had questions or concerns. I would definitely recommend him.
