Jim Heitzer - Ameris Bank Mortgage

Jim and his team are pros and a pure pleasure to work with. All communication was clear and the process went smoothly from beginning to end. The secure document uploading and communications made this very easy and being in another state through this process was seamless. Thank you Jim, Alesha, Jordan, and Erin for making this such a pleasant process.

Ive worked with Jim twice now and he has always delivered. Great communication and follow-up. Jim has great experience and is a great partner to help finance your real-estate!

This was my second time using Jim Heitzer for a mortgage loan. Just like the first time, Jim and his team made the process extremely easy from start to finish. They kept us updated at each stage of the process and kept things moving quickly to make sure the closing date was met. I highly recommend Jim Heitzer and Ameris Bank Mortgage.

Jim was an outstanding loan officer. He responded promptly to all our questions, ensuring the process was smooth and straightforward. His professionalism and efficiency made the entire experience seamless.
