Jet HomeLoans

If you’re looking for someone who genuinely puts clients first, stays ten steps ahead, and leads with integrity, look no further than Cody Barnhart and team of Jet Home loans. Highly recommended. From the very beginning, Cody and his team took time to understand our long-term goals, explained every detail with integrity, and consistently kept us informed. Whether it was breaking down complex VA loan requirements or responding to last-minute questions late in the evening, Cody operated with the kind of excellence and personal care that’s rare in the industry. I can confidently say that their service made the difference between a stressful process and a successful one.

Lacey Myers was my loan officer. Our experience working with Lacy and also with Terri Cochran, Loan Processor, was easy, so very smooth. No hitches, no dropped messages, pleasant, professional, to the point service. I could not be more pleased. I've been through six or seven closings and have never had one go this well.

If you want to work with a loan officer that is responsive and breaks down the loan process with simplicity, Cody Barnhart is that person. He always makes time for customers and never leaves you guessing. Thank you Cody for all that you do!
