This was my first time receiving cranial sacral therapy and I am hooked and obsessed. Jessica has a way of explaining as she goes what is happening around us during the treatment and is very comforting in explaining the what's, whys and how's for a first timer who now will be getting this treatment done more often. I felt lighter and at ease as soon as we were done. So not hesitate, make the appointment!!!
