Advanced Muscle Therapy

I called To make an appointment after I Overdid it In an exercise class. I was able to get In Right away For a massage. The massage therapist, Margot, was very professional And caring She listened to my History and needs and skillfully addressed them In the massage. I almost fell asleep on the table. I totally recommend Advanced Muscle Therapy and specifically Margot as a massage therapist.

A dear friend first told me about Advance Muscle Therapy and I am so glad they did! I first started out with a stretching session and a massage with Shane and that did wonders. He then suggested that I work with Tifini, there personal trainer. She really is amazing, having your best intact heart. Such a sharper eye, watching your movements to make sure you are doing the exercises correctly. She started circuit training, which I take 2 days a week. This focuses on total body. Such a fun class. I have also seen Amy using the ART technique focusing on parts of the body that need some extra help. She is very focused on helping you! Then there is Kelly who greets you with great enthusiasm and always has a smile on her face!! Such a great group at Advance Muscle Therapy…come see them, you won’t regret it. I haven’t!

Tifini was wonderful during my evaluation. She explained things to me and made me feel comfortable. Kelly at the desk was very nice and welcoming. Thank you! I look forward to Rock Steady Boxing with your guidance
