This gym is awesome. My boyfriend and I are wanting to get back inshape and lead a healthier lifestyle. Going to the gym can feel intimidating when you've been sedentary for a while. Jeff and Jayden were very welcoming and answered all of our questions. They struck a great balance of making you aware of all of the small group and personal training options without being salesy/pushy. Great pricing, clean environment, people show up to actually workout and not record themselves, and above all it's a SMALL, LOCAL business. Really happy we chose this over Crunch, Chuze, or any other big brands. Highly recommend!
As someone who has never been to a gym before...I now love going to the gym. I started lifting weights per doctor's orders but needed to do it safely and with supervision. I've been working with Chris at Jeff's Gym for over a year now and have seen healthy results. He makes it educational and entertaining. He's uplifting and supportive. I highly recommend!
Great small gym in Murry Hill. Has a dark vibe and is open 24/7. I've trained with Jeff in the past and it's nice to have a place near home/work to workout when I can fit it into my busy schedule. Definitely recommend joining to ward off the stress of this crazy world we live in!
Looking for a gym that covers it all? Check out Jeff’s Gym. Big variety of equipment and resources, personalized training, and an awesome owner! Smaller Private gym located on Park St and a new larger location opening on Plymouth. Open gym with multi showers, lots of new equipment! Go check them out!
Really nice smaller gym, gave me a good deal on a one month pass. Late night workouts there were awesome!
