JAX PE has been a fantastic experience for our family. Family friendly and Focuses on old school physical education form which is just what we were looking for. The Kids love learning about proper form for running, push ups, lunges etc. and they always look forward to PR days and trying to improve on what they achieved the last time. Jax PE has been a great way to get the kids moving and learning and has them in a community of other kids and families doing the same!
We look forward to class every week. It has been a great opportunity for our family to get moving together and through Jax PE, complete our first junior marathon! We love the friendly, low stress environment and the various exercises and stretches have helped us grow in ways we didn’t even realize we need to. We also appreciate the Personal Record days allowing us to track growth over the course of a school year. We love Jax PE!
Great elective for homeschool kids. I love that my children can get some good exercise in while being homeschooled students. Would recommend you trying it out.
