Jason is an awesome and caring realtor. We chose Jason over many other realtors because of his enthusiasm! Jason worked as our agent on both selling and buying. He sold our house and found us one all within 2 weeks. However our buyer backed out which left us losing the house we chose. It was a devastating time but Jason was so compassionate and rallied on our behalf to be able to keep the deposit. I decided to wait to sell again as I was mentally exasperated. Jason continued to check on us to make sure we were ok but never pushed to relist. When that time came there was no doubt who we would choose! Jason is truly the best realtor in Nassau County!
Jason has been so easy to deal with. He makes transacting business a smooth process- staying on top of dates and providing up to date information. He is also an active member of the local MLS and community, so he stays current on all things Fernandina Beach! 5 star realtor!
Jason is the best. He is very knowledgeable and professional. He stayed in good contact and assisted me with every step of the process as both a seller and as a buyer. He was a great advocate for me. He got my house listed very quickly and there were immediately numerous showings that resulted in three offers within a week, one of which resulted in a sale. He was an enormous help facilitating the purchase of my new home. I highly recommend him!
Jason was a pleasure to work with. He was honest, fair, and had great communication. I look forward to working another deal with him.
We recently relocated to Yulee, and Jason made the entire process so smooth. From the very beginning, he went above and beyond to help us find the perfect home. He was always available to answer our questions, offered great local insight, and truly made us feel taken care of. Relocating can be stressful, but Jason made it easy and even enjoyable. We couldn’t be happier with our new home and highly recommend working with Jason to anyone in the area!
