Jasmine Nail Spa

Very disappointed in my pedicure. I asked kindly, multiple times for them to do the most basic items. It still wasn’t done. Nothing was in sanitary packaging. No itemized receipt was given and seems like they just made up pricing at checkout. Like $15 for my child to put his feet in the water- with no service. Obviously, I would have reflected that in my tip for their water. $15? Crazy! Ladies and gentlemen’s- this place is a no go in Jax.

I’m very disappointed with my experience. This was my first time visiting, and before sitting down I specifically asked if they had someone available for a pedicure. I was told yes, but unfortunately the service I received did not reflect the spa gel pedicure that I paid for. I paid for a full gel spa pedicure (plus a tip), but it felt like I only received a gel polish change. The technician barely spoke to me, didn’t ask any questions, and there was no scrub, no lotion, and none of the relaxing spa treatment I was expecting. My feet looked and felt exactly the same, just with a different nail color. At first, I thought maybe that was simply how the service was done at this salon. However, I noticed that the customers next to me were receiving the full spa pedicure, including the scrub, massage, and lotion. That made it clear that I did not receive the service I had paid for. If there wasn’t an experienced pedicure technician available, I would have appreciated being told so and would have gladly waited rather than paying for a service that was incomplete. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future customers.

Hands down the best nail salon in Jacksonville — and I don’t say that lightly. I’ve been to nearly all of the top-rated salons in the city, and no one compares to this place. Jasmine and Ana are absolutely incredible. Their customer service is unmatched — they’re warm, friendly, attentive, and genuinely care about making sure you love your nails. On top of that, their talent and attention to detail are next level. They can do so many different styles and varieties, from classic to intricate designs, and everything always comes out flawless. What really sets them apart is how fast and efficient they are without ever sacrificing quality. You get beautiful, long-lasting results in a fraction of the time compared to other salons. If you want top-tier skill, amazing service, and a welcoming atmosphere, this is the only place to go. Jasmine and Ana are the best in the business. Highly recommend!

I always leave Jasmine’s feeling like “if nails could smile!” She does an amazing job and understands each client has different needs 😅 thank you for making my nails pretty and dealing with me!
