Janet Tillman - State Farm Insurance Agent

Great experience, it only took 5 minutes and saved me $40.00 a month on car insurance! I should have went to state farm a long time ago!

I was with State Farm for 27 years Janet Tillman’s office. After comparing auto insurance For the same coverage, I found that Allstate was over $1000 less expensive than State Farm,. I made a decision to go with Allstate. I had paid my premium for State Farm and approximately a week later I asked when my refund check from State Farm would be deposited. I unfortunately had a State Farm representative from Janet Tillman’s ‘s office named HEATHER who explained to me very rudely that it takes three weeks for the underwriting department to cancel my policy and any money that would be returned would be returned by check by mail by the US post office. I acquired as to why it would take that long for the underwriting department to cancel it and secondly, why would it not just be electronically deposited back into my account she rudely said because that’s the way it is and hung up on me. HEATHER is very rude. does that belong in Customer Service and definitely does not need to be talking to customers in the rude and Belligerent manner, which she felt necessary to conduct herself. Shame on Janet Tillman’s office for allowing this person HEATHER To represent this State Farm agency.

The team at Janet Tillman Insurance Agency is absolutely wonderful! Every single lady in the office was so kind, patient, and professional. They took the time to walk me through all of my coverages and explain everything in a way I could actually understand — something my previous agent never did.
