This has been my second David Weekly Home here in JAX. While the first time was wonderful, I feel the second time was seamless, special and exceptional. I can’t thank the team enough. They truly made me feel like family. From the beginning, my sales consultant, Chad Carrodus, made me feel at home. He made the process so special and fun. Chad made me feel listened to, heard, and understood. I had a vision and DWH helped me make it come to life. Lindsey gave such great feedback during my design appointment. Mariano, my builder, brought my vision to life. The entire team works so well together, creating such a cohesive process and putting the homeowner first. Everyone perfectly communicated the details along the way to make the process seamless. During what’s normally a stressful process. I could not be more pleased with the outcome.

Nikki Bush is our design consultant. What could have been an overwhelming experience, ended out being fun, exciting and not so stressful. She is top notch, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and flexible to meet our family's needs. David Weekleys package includes a lot of standards in their package like quartz countertops. Quartz is non porous, avoids stains, cleans easily, avoids cross contamination which is important these days. It's a perfect countertop. I look forward to seeing the end product and I am so glad I chose David Weekley for my next new home.
Best place in Jacksonville area to buy a home! Warranty plan is significantly better than most home builders in the area that we considered.
What a great experience!! The sales force REALLY care and are so helpful. Looking forward to building our future home with them!!
Our build with David Weekley homes was an absolutely fantastic experience, and we love our new home.
