I recently visited Jacksonville Boat Sales and had the absolute pleasure of working with Trina. From the moment we met, her extensive knowledge of the boats on the lot—and of practical maritime seamanship in general—blew us away. She didn’t just rattle off specs; she shared real-world insights that only come from genuine experience on the water. Trina was kind, respectful, and incredibly patient. She quickly gauged our level of boating expertise and tailored every explanation to match—answering our questions clearly without ever talking over our heads. Her friendly, approachable manner made the whole process enjoyable rather than overwhelming. What truly set her apart? She wasn’t pushy about closing a sale. Instead, Trina was genuinely invested in finding the right boat for us—our needs, our skill level, our budget. And the care didn’t stop at the sale: her incredible after-sale support has been nothing short of phenomenal—quick follow-ups, helpful tips, and always available for questions as we get out on the water. If you’re in the market for a boat head out to Jacksonville Boat Sales and ask for Trina. You’ll leave not just informed, but excited—and confident you’ve made the perfect choice with ongoing support to match. Thanks, Trina, and thank you, Jacksonville Boat Sales, for having such a standout team member!
Bought a new Robalo 226 Cayman from Jacksonville Boat Sales today, Trina and Jason were awesome!! Absolute first class service from purchase to walk through and just the whole buying experience. This is my 2nd boat and this purchase doesn’t even compare to the first one I bought at a different dealer years ago. If you want a Robalo boat and be treated like a valued customer then come see Trina at Jacksonville Boat Sales off Beach Blvd. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed!
Outstanding customer service, David and the team was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help us out, highly recommended for your (and mine) next boat purchase. We’ll be back for that Robalo in the future. Update 4/20/22: while coming home this past Saturday from the ramp I noticed a awful noise coming from the trailer. The trailer brakes were shot, one pad on the driver side was completely rusted away. When we bought We were so focused on ensuring the boat was in good condition (and it was and well maintained) that we completely dropped the ball on looking over the trailer. This is partially my fault as well as JBS for letting this trailer out with the brakes in the condition they’re in. Needless to say $871.52 later I have functioning brakes. Update: 4/27/22: after discussion with the sales manager the owner has agreed to cover the cost of the parts to repair the trailer. This is outstanding and seals the deal that JBS stands behind what they sell and deliver. There’s no doubt we’ll be back when ready for that center console….THANK YOU JBS!!!!
From the sales team of David & Jason to the owner Brett, Jacksonville Boat Sales is first class! I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again and I can see why they've been in business for such a long time. thanks again guys, Shawn Bannister 2019 Renegade 32' Cuddy Twin 350 Merc's
I don’t write many of these but felt the need to when I bought my boat from Jacksonville Boat Sales over a year ago. It’s long over due. David Gorley is the gentleman who sold me my Robalo 222 Explorer and was a pleasure to deal with a purchase of this magnitude. David was honest, upfront, detailed, and helped me with the whole process. He went above and beyond to get me exactly what I wanted in a boat and continues to go above and beyond even after I purchased my 222 Explorer. When I am ready I will definitely be calling him to help me go bigger. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a boat to contact Jacksonville Boat Sales.
