I placed an order online for bulbs and called the company to confirm the process. customer service clearly explained the process, how my account would be created after the order, and confirmed the free delivery. The product was well priced.Order was delivered within 48 hours. definitely would repeat business when needed.

I had a rocky but ultimately positive experience with Bulb Town. My order hadn't arrived ten days after paying for it. I called on a Friday to follow up and a rep said I'd have it Monday. A partial quantity of my order did arrive Monday. After a second call, the owner contacted me to apologize and had the balance of my order overnighted (for Tuesday). I appreciate the responsiveness but I don't think I should need to hound a company to get a product I've purchased.

I ordered 24 60W appliance bulbs from Jackson Lighting. The order came within 1 week using their Super Saver shipping. Upon examination of the bulbs we found that there were some defects from the manufacturer (not Jackson Lighting's fault at all). A call was placed to them with a immediate response from Customer Service. No hesitation at all with a "we will have replacement bulbs sent out immediately and we will check for any defects before shipping. Thank you for bringing this to our attention". After reading the other neg. reviews, I would not put much confidence in them as my experience was been positive for the entire process. I will continue to give Jackson Lighting first shot for all our electrical needs bought over the internet.

Great service and stock. Came here from across the street at Graybar who couldn't get us the heat shrink tubing we needed to complete a job. Jackson Electric has everything we needed on the shelf and ready to go. Front desk guy was friendly and super helpful. Will use them again for our electrical materials needs while in the area.
