Kate and J. Turner are amazing! My furniture installation is officially complete, and I cannot speak highly enough of my design experience with J. Turner, and specifically with Kate. From the moment I walked into the showroom, Kate listened intently to my vision and needs. She expertly guided me through designing my living, dining, bedroom, and office spaces. The entire process was a true partnership; from furniture selection down to the accessories, rugs, and lighting, I was able to collaborate openly with her and rely on her invaluable feedback. Over the course of the project, we developed a wonderful, mutually respectful professional relationship. Kate went above and beyond by helping me source unique pieces while seamlessly integrating items I already owned. Her expertise also extended well beyond furniture—she provided excellent guidance on wall paint, bedding, and pillows to tie each room together perfectly. Kate’s professionalism, design acumen, and dedication are truly second to none; she has been the ultimate personal connection between me and the J. Turner company. I feel incredibly fortunate to have worked with her and the entire team. Thank you for helping me bring my dream interior to life.

Kate is absolutely horrible at customer service. She has a terrible attitude and has zero people skills. She interrupted me numerous times, did not listen to a word I said, and left me on more than one occasion while I was talking to her about what I wanted. The store was empty so I’m not sure what she had going on that was more important than making a sale. I came in to buy a couch and will be purchasing elsewhere due to my experience. I’m not sure why management hasn’t listened to the other reviews about her. They are spot on.
I guess I wasn’t a priority to help. I hate to say it like that, but that’s how it felt. Especially with hardly any other customers there. When I arrived, the gentleman did greet me, but after that, he disappeared. Gave me the bare minimum of help that I was looking for. After browsing alone and trying to figure it all out, Another brunette lady did come up, when she could tell I looked confused at the front counter. (Stood there waiting for some assistance, in what I found.) She was kind, but didn’t seem too interested either, when I told her what I was looking for , and asked her for a little help with any ideas. She did offer me a drink, so I give her that. However, Icing on the cake that ruined the experience, was the blonde lady at the front, that didn’t care to help me, at all, when I simply asked why one of the vases from a set of 3 , was missing. Literally felt like I was bothering her. “Well, if there isn’t a set of 3 then I don’t know where it is.” Oh, and I am also very aware of their prices, and planned to make a purchase. After the encounter with blonde lady upfront, I put the items down and walked out. If she would have been kind and helpful, I would have found something else that worked. I have never experienced this level of feeling like I didn’t belong. I live close by, and could have been a return customer.
I was impressed with the variety and beauty of the furniture. They have a mix of Mediterranean style with beach style!
