*UPDATE* I called the gentlemen in the front about the experience below as it wasn’t sitting right with me the service I received. He was kind and asked that I come back to allow them to fix the issue. I went back and was greeted by the woman who did my pedicure the previous day and she was also kind. However she attempted to remove polish and wash my feet with soap and water then repaint. I explained why I returned and the kind gentlemen came over to give clarity. I was informed the basic pedicure did not include a massage of the feet and I asked if there were other options and was informed there were however they are unsure of what customers want. I informed him if I was aware of the options I could make a more informed decision he was very apologetic and genuinely wanted to get it right. I think this is a case of staff who may want to take shortcuts and not a reflection of the salon as a whole. The new pedicure was better and I appreciate his willingness to make things right. While I won’t be returning I do appreciate the customer service received. I just left from getting a pedicure the salon itself is well kept and everyone is very kind. However the women who did my pedicure did an absolute terrible job. Everything was bare minimum and rushed and honestly my feet feel the same as when I went in. There was no foot massage and only had my legs rubbed. The paint job is ok and honestly feels like a huge waste of money for something I could have done at home. I went here years ago and it was great and I was really looking forward to it but I won’t be back. Nothing worse than looking forward to something and being sorely disappointed.
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile by the owner’s son and treated with such kindness. He kindly prompted me to grab my polish, and from there the service was excellent from start to finish. I never felt rushed, the massage was wonderful, and the pedicure was clean, relaxing, and friendly. The prices were great too! You can truly tell why they’ve been in business for 22 years — they care about their customers and provide a consistently great experience. Highly recommend!
This is a great place to get your nails done very sweet people I love them❤️ the pink one is my grandkid and the other is mine and it is worth the hour drive I promise and they explain why my grandkid could not get new set cause she is to young
Only place I go to get my nails done. Very friendly staff who are always accommodating and understanding. Will fix anything you don’t like before you walk out the door! Relaxing and welcoming environment. Nail color lasts LONG - picture of my “Christmas” nails was after 3 weeks! I highly recommend!
This is my second and last experience here. I tried really hard to get my mind off the heat (as the door was open the whole time) and the smell of the food coming from the market next door, and the fact that1. the tools used to trim my cuticles wasn’t even working. 2. The table runner was covered in the nail trimmings of the previous customer. 3. The nail tech pulled on my skin in different occasions so hard I bled from one finger. I’m not even sure what liquid was poured into my polish but my manicure lasted less than 24 hours. Outside of her politeness, I can’t see past the overall experience.
