My wife suggested Israel to me. She had been doing several sessions with him. He is an awesome coach! Before we start each session, he wants to know how I am doing, any health issues he needs to know about. Each session works on something different from the previous one so I am always learning something new. Soon, he will be helping with the proper nutrition to help with the workouts. He is very supportive and encouraging during the sessions which inspires me to do them outside our meetings. I look forward to every session!!!
Coach Iz has helped me stay motivated to get back in shape. At almost 70 my flexibility is not what it was and he has helped me so much. At each session he keeps me positive and engaged . He encourages me to stay with it and meets me where I am but also challenges me as well. It is never to late to begin, if you are looking for someone who is excited to share their passion of health and fitness with you, call and schedule your appointment today.
Israel has changed my life! As a 40 year old mother of 2 working out is hard to fit into my schedule! Having someone who is dedicated, believes in me and writes my workouts has been vital to my success! He is a great balance of motivating and pushing me when I want to give up or make excuses! He is intentional about goal setting and transformed my body into something I did not think was achievable at my age! I feel like an athlete again and have the energy to play with my kids! I know I will continue to improve and maintain my gains! If you are ready to make change, he is excited and waiting to help you on your journey! He’s the best!
