  Buyer beware!! This company does subpar work with dilapidated and worn furniture, dated decor and carelessly installed staging. Think ridiculously off centered placement of pictures and large furniture items, rugs too small for the space, crooked pictures, scarce decor and undersized damaged furniture that is unusable. I.e., Someone wants to sit at the dining room table to imagine a meal in their future home? Bam you’re responsible-Wobbly chair topples, client gets injured on your property and boom!! No sale + injury = lawsuit on your unsold property! If safety and poor quality products aren’t enough of a concern, delivery and set up will be. Installation will be rushed, furniture and bedding will be dusty and have stains and placement will so disorganized you will find yourself forced to reschedule pictures with a stalled listing due to the hassle of this companies overall lack of concern or motivation to do quality work. After delivery, communication is cold and unresponsive. The Contract is cryptic and social media images and video in this case looked NOTHING like what was provided. As such, read the fine print and ask ALL of the questions because before you are able to list your home, you will be charged hundreds of dollars ($630 to be exact for this hot mess which = one month staging plus the extra delivery fee regardless of timing after setup) for immediate removal request upon less than 2 hours after delivery. I Do NOT recommend using this company to “save a buck” as I found someone recommended in a local social media group given you’ll end up spending much more in the long run!! *Update -After multiple unanswered communication attempts, the business owner finally responded as seen in the images below. In effort to avoid collections given the invoice noted a “due upon invoice receipt” balance, we paid the egregious (within 24 hrs of delivery) “staging fee” of $630. Despite requesting to remove the staging immediately after seeing it, they at no point acknowledged the sloppy work produced, took any accountability for leaving the storm door wide open rather than communicating not knowing how to shut it, and completely blew off the furniture being unsafe and disproportionate to the space. Instead she made it clear she couldn’t care less about concerns of sloppy work, broken furniture, and poor quality staging given her comment that the “current market” doesn’t require her to. For military families and others alike who have no choice but to sell/move in a buyers market, companies like this essentially prey on folks trying to get the most out of their hard earned investment. It’s sad and unfortunate that this company gets away with completing such sub par work, communicates so poorly and conducts such unprofessional business practice due to the current market in this area because they know they can.
