Deciding to buy a home is nerve wrecking as it is, however, given horror stories that I have heard of my experience was a breeze in comparison! Michelle jumped in to help with my approval process and had information for me within a day. She also provided very detailed information on what she needed from me and answered immediately whenever I had any questions or wanted clarification. She wasn't pushy at all, but checked in on me to see where I was at while looking for my first home. Once I had made a decision she jumped right on it and worked with me in such a timely manner along the way. She made herself available whenever needed and even took the time to set-up a Zoom call to go over all closing costs and projections in detail. I never felt like I was missing anything and I trusted that she would make sure I had all the details I needed. All in all my first BIG purchase was smooth and I would recommend Michelle to anyone who was searching for financing. And now as I sit in my first home writing this, I am completely content with my decision and those I worked with along the way!!
I worked with Michelle Carn from Integrity. Michelle was amazing to work with and went above and beyond to get me the best possible deal on my refinance. She is easy to communicate with and very informative about the process each step of the way. She saved me over 300/month on my mortgage with my refinance rate!
Great service! Michelle was able to answer all my questions at the start of the process and was able to secure me a great rate! She is helping me save so much money on my mortgage. Michelle and her staff were able to move things along quickly and made the whole transaction easy - definitely recommend!
Michelle is the best! Closed a week ahead of schedule, has the best rates, and made our transaction ridiculously easy. She guided my buyer every step of the way, with regards to financing, and consulted her on best practices. I have two more under contract with Michelle and I know that they're in safe hands!
I've gotten to work with Michelle quite a few times and she is always extremely responsive and knowledgable from the pre approval through closing. I feel confident when I work with IMG all parties will have a great experience. Michelle goes out of her way to educate the buyer and provides regular updates throughout the transaction.
