All of the teachers at Inner Sea Yoga Academy were highly knowledgeable and personable. The course was intense but worth the effort and the instructors were there to support and encourage us along the way. Food was great and Uvita is a sweet little town. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a top-notch YTT.
This training was amazing! Walking distance from the ocean, and a beautiful grounding spot to learn surrounded by like-minded yogis. There was a good balance of learning and time to rest and reflect. I am leaving with more knowledge than I anticipated, and can't wait to continue my learning outside of this training. I would highly recommend a 200-hour training with InnerSea.
This was a life changing experience for me. I give my highest recommendation for this top-level YTT. The program was challenging, healing, and rewarding. The teachers at InnerSea Yoga Academy were caring, supportive, dedicated, experienced, and highly qualified. Would do it all over again!
