I’m excited for this new space to open soon! In the past, I’ve taken Amber’s Chakra workshop as well as attended many of her yoga classes at other locations. Amber’s energy creates a grounded atmosphere that allows me to tune inwards no matter what stresses I have going on in my life. I feel welcomed and seen every time I attend one of her classes. Amber’s deep knowledge of yoga and its tradition is evident in her teaching. Even though her teaching style is simple and accessible, she has a gift of imparting wisdom throughout the class, reminding me that yoga is more than just the physical practice.
Amber is an amazing yoga teacher and structures her classes with so much intention. Every class I’ve taken with her I have thoroughly enjoyed and felt rejuvenated afterwards. She also has lots of local connections to the wellness community. Cannot say enough great things about her!
Amber is experienced, patient, grounded and a true expert in this field. Yoga has become inundated with the Pilates and Instagram movement of “cute outfits, poses, and coffee.” While there is space for all practices, Amber brings a refreshing breath of authenticity and transparency that I haven’t found anywhere else in yoga communities I have been a part of. Her workshops are researched, slow, intentional and welcoming to all folks from all walks. I highly recommend investing in yourself and participating with her in whatever capacity is available to you.
I have been attending Amber's classes for years and find her teaching style extremely authentic. She has the ability to provide a focus to the class as a whole while still accommodating the needs of specific students. I greatly appreciate her consciousness of trauma and physical limitations. She truly shows up for her students and their practice, wherever that may be that day
The instructors are rude and if you ask questions they are once again.. rude lol, they think they are know it alls and are better than you…
