What I love most about In Balance are the wonderful, knowledgeable instructors. Most of them are physical therapists or other health care providers so their understanding of body mechanics and movement far exceeds most other pilates instructors. I appreciate their attention to detail and the way they push me to do my very best in each class.
In Balance is hands-down the best pilates studio in town! Most of the instructors have a background in physical therapy so the attention to form and detail you get in class is fantastic. You will not get injured and chances are if you are nursing an injury, you will recover by taking these classes. Highly recommend!
All the Pilates teachers at In Balance are extremely professional. My favorite is Amy Mc Iver. She makes sure you do every move correctly. Her sequences are creative, challenging and always on point. I always leave her class feeling strong and empowered!!!
One of my happy places is at Imbalance doing Pilates! It has given me strength flexibility confidence and an extra 1/2 inch to my height! The movement instruction and constant verbal cueing allows people of all levels to feel comfortable and confident that they can do it! Inbalance is a great studio for learning the right way to do Pilates and get the most from it.♥️
I'm super grateful having this place in my life! All of the instructors are knowledgable, supportive & encouraging. I've felt comfortable in every session I've been in. They have so many options - pilates w/equipment, pilates on the mat & foam roll, group classes, privates & semis, personal training, circuit, TRX, PT, Reiki & Yoga. They also host pop up events like sound bath and POUND and offer teacher training. It's just a great place!! :)
