I’ve been to just about every studio in Jacksonville, and this one is hands down the best. Every class is challenging in the best possible way, and you can truly tell the instructors care about proper form and helping you improve. They take the time to correct you and make sure you’re getting the most out of every movement, which makes such a difference. What really sets this studio apart is the knowledge and diversity of the instructors. Each one brings a unique background and style, so every class feels fresh, engaging, and exciting. I’ve been going to SR for a little over a year now, and I genuinely adore the women, the instructors, and the overall vibe of the studio. It’s such a supportive, welcoming environment that keeps me coming back week after week.
I thought that the studio was gorgeous. It was well-kept, very pretty, and had a calm vibe. The reformers were spaced out, giving everyone sufficient room. The instructor was great - she did a great job of explaining each move in detail and demonstrating when needed. She also walked around and helped correct our form, ensuring that we could get the most out of the class. There was quiet background music and the instructor was clearly audible. I liked the slower pace of the class.
Ainsley was a great instructor. She described each movement well, which was great for beginners to follow, and for intermediates to check for proper form. The studio itself also had a great vibe- warm and inviting. Would definitely recommend!
We went to beginner reformer with Kasey and she was amazing. I have been to a few of her classes over the past year and she is always very careful with form and clear with instructions as well as sweet. She was very encouraging, taught the machine and the practice and welcoming of all levels. 100% would recommend her.
My class with Lamia was great! I’m visiting from PA and was looking for a unique local studio for a reformer class. I found it! The staff were all super kind and the studio was very cute. Lots of cute socks and a sauna (with Netflix) too. I’ve been to multiple Pilates studios and Lamia had me doing unique workouts that I’ve never seen at any other studio! Staff even gave me tips for some local places. Great experience!
