I cannot say enough great things about this studio! From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is welcoming, positive, and fun. The coaches are incredibly kind and knowledgeable. If you've never done a reformer class, don't worry because they talk you through every movement so you always feel confident, supported, and safe. (Plus the people around you will help you too!) The music is upbeat and motivating, which makes the workouts fly by, and the overall vibe is energizing without ever feeling intimidating. What I love most is how challenging the workouts are without being hard on my joints. Every class pushes me both mentally and physically in the best way possible, and I’ve never been in such great shape. This studio has truly changed the way I feel about working out, and I actually look forward to every class! 🩷 -Brooke J.
I started coming to FIT a couple months ago and LOVE it! After just one week of classes, I began to feel so much stronger! Coming to the studio is my favorite part of my day and I highly recommend if you are looking to get stronger and spend time with an amazing group of ladies!!
I’ve been to FIT for like 15 classes or so and can’t recommend it enough! They’re all so kind and motivating, you can’t find a bad instructor because they’re all just so wonderful! Extra shout out to Megan F, her classes are hard as hell but with her fun playlist and motivation throughout the class it makes the class so much more achievable! 10/10 recommend!!
Friendly, challenging experience on opening day! Staff was kind, welcoming, knowledgable, available to make corrections and providing modifications based on strength level. Was great to have 4 instructors available to demonstrate moves and provide 1:1 instruction. Music was great and balanced with the volume of instructors. Room was cool enough but my only concern would be a lack of fans, so definitely bring a towel if you run hot. That said, I’m not familiar with any X/Megaformer studios with fans. 😝 Recommend checking it out and I’ll definitely be back! During the first two weeks they have free intro classes so take advantage!
Excellent instructors, clean studio, 100000/10 recommend. The classes are challenging in the best way possible. I leave every class feeling stronger. If you are hesitant, you should do it. Joining FIT has been life changing 👏🏼
