I had such a great experience at this nail spot! The staff were super friendly, professional, and made me feel really comfortable. My nails came out perfect — clean, detailed, and exactly how I wanted. The salon itself is very clean and relaxing, with a nice atmosphere. They really take their time to make sure you’re happy with the results. Definitely my new go-to place for nails! Highly recommend 💅✨ Kelly she’s the best
I wanted to get 2 nails repaired. I told her no rush I could wait. She refused to service me. I am from California, that's called racist! I don't recommend
Kieu has been doing my nails for years. I never have a problem with breaking. My nails last me a month. By far she uses the best product and maintains her clients for years. We are all like part of the family

I have been going here for over a year now and I only trust Kelly with my nails in Jacksonville, she takes her time and does an excellent job, My nails never break, chip or crack. The first pic of my nails was done 4 weeks ago with no fill in, none of the stones came off, came in today with all nails still strong and got a fill in with the colorful tips. I have tried so many other places and they have all failed me in some type of way. This place is friendly, professional and takes appointments which I love. You have to try Image nails. Oh and Jen is amazing with my pedicure. A+
