Took my granddaughter to get softlocs. it was a disaster. the hair was not braided properly in the back. she has a big lump in the back of her hair. She cannot even put her hair in a ponytail. and I was charged 75.00 When I ask Lynette about it she refused to fix it. Do not take your child there to get their hair done. I really thought I finally found a stylest to do our hair boy was I wrong. People just don’t care how they treat their customers or retaining customers. such a shame. The ratings are 2.5 I should have checked that first.
Ms Lynette is a kind hearted person. She has been doing my Locs for 3 years and I am satisfied with her care. I hav recommended several people to her and I will continue to do so. She does not over book and that is a huge part of my satisfaction with her as my hairdresser. My personal opinion is to look for someone that has been in the business and has a license to do hair. Kitchen Beauticians are alright if that is what you prefer. I am extremely picky about who plays in my head I need to keep my edges and if I tell her it’s to tight she will loosen them up. I have no complaints at all.
Do not go get a lace install. I went explaining I just had a bad experience and then I come she puts piles of glue and then the next day it still slid back. So $80 for one day of a lace. Then when I’m calling she don’t pick up or call back. Worst place ever. My first and last lace thanks Lynette
Stylist applied a bunch of color to my hair without parting it in sections causing me to have different color patches all throughout my hair. Talked badly about other clients to me as a first time guest. My hair has been breaking off and dry since. Location on google is not accurate whatsoever.
Lynette was very professional and my daughter loves her hair. Thank you.
