The studio is very nice, clean and has a welcoming + calming vibe to it. I’ve taken a few music & flow classes with Dawn, Jackie and Rhianna which were really great! Will definitely be coming back again and highly recommend for anyone looking for a hot yoga studio in the Jax area!
I am absolutely in love with Shelby; her infectious spirit and kind heart motivate me to have better days. I have also noticed she is very welcoming and encouraging to new students, and you can tell the newbies really appreciate this. Sign me up every Friday and for all the pop ups!
I love Hot Spot! I’ve been going to classes here for years and it’s always a welcoming and encouraging space. I leave feeling challenged, sweaty and renewed!
I have attended many classes and have yet to be disappointed! Kyle,Matt,Dot,Dawn,Bernard,Preston,Kim,Marcy have all been nothing short of AMAZING as im sure the rest of the instructors are as well. The environment is very loving and encouraging I highly recommend for anyone especially first timers. Dont be shy come say hi :)
I have become a regular over the last few months, and I have a schedule that allows me to switch up which teachers I see. Nearly everyone that teaches in the mornings here is the best! There’s something for everyone at all levels of practice.
